Our client is a startup that treats AI as a competitive edge and wants someone to build it into how the company actually runs. This seat owns that mission: mapping messy processes and building the workflows and agents that replace them, measured in hours saved and errors removed.

What you'll own

• High-impact automation opportunities across ops, GTM and support, shipped end to end
• Internal AI workflows and agents built with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier and LLM APIs
• AI tooling adoption across the team, with documentation of what you build
• Measurement of time saved, cost and reliability for everything you ship
• Embedding AI into how the company operates, in partnership with leadership
• The full lifecycle of each automation, from discovery through deployment and monitoring

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in operations or automation, hands-on with AI and automation tooling
• Automations shipped end to end that are still running
• Systems thinking: you turn a vague process into a working pipeline
• You own outcomes and move without hand-holding
• English C1, written and spoken

Bonus

• Python or scripting
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Leading an ops or automation function

What success looks like

First 90 days

You have shipped two or more automations that are live and saving real time. A backlog of high-impact opportunities is mapped and prioritized, and you have a clear way to measure the impact of each automation you build.

Ongoing

Automations run reliably and the team depends on them daily. AI is embedded into operations and becomes how the company works, and you keep finding new opportunities and iterating on existing workflows.
