Puente Talent Partners ("Puente," "we," "our," or "us") is a Wyoming company that operates puentetalent.com and connects Latin American professionals with US companies hiring remote talent.

This policy describes what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to puentetalent.com and its Spanish-language pages.

Information you give us. When you apply to a role, submit a form, or email us, we collect the information you provide. That typically includes your name, email, phone number, resume or LinkedIn URL, work history, location, language level, and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, standard analytics data is collected, including IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement.

Information from third parties. If you apply through a partner platform or are referred by a recruiter, we may receive information about you from that source.

To measure marketing performance and understand which channels bring candidates to Puente.

We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics and product-analytics tools on the site. These currently include Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which helps us understand how visitors use the site through aggregated session analytics. From time to time we may add additional analytics or advertising tools, including Google Ads or social-platform pixels. These tools set cookies that help us understand site traffic, measure marketing performance, and improve the website.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage ad preferences at your Google account and major ad platforms directly.

Clients. If we think you are a fit for a client's open role, we share your candidate profile with that client for hiring consideration.

Service providers. We use third-party services to run the business, including applicant tracking (Recruit CRM), email, hosting, analytics, and advertising. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Puente, our users, or others.

We do not sell personal information.

We keep candidate information for as long as it is useful for matching you with roles or as required by applicable law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we need to retain it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing talent@puentetalent.com.

You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message we send, or by replying and asking us to remove you.

You can manage cookies through your browser and opt out of analytics and advertising tracking at the provider level.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

Puente is based in the United States, and information you provide is processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the US.

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
