Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Puente Talent Partners ("Puente," "we," "our," or "us"), a Wyoming company, covering your use of puentetalent.com and any related services (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Puente is a talent placement network. We review candidate applications, operate a selective vetting process, and introduce candidates we believe are a fit to hiring companies. Clients make their own hiring decisions.

Applying to Puente or being accepted into the network does not guarantee an offer, interview, placement, any specific compensation, or a particular timeline. Job listings, salary ranges, and country or role guidance on the site are informational and change over time.

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice.

You agree that information you submit through forms, applications, or other channels is accurate and your own. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.

You authorize Puente to review your submissions, share your candidate profile with clients we believe are a fit, and contact you about opportunities using the information you provide.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By submitting it, you grant Puente a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, copy, and share it for the purpose of operating the Services, including sharing your profile with potential employers.

You agree not to use the Services to: (a) misrepresent your identity, experience, or credentials; (b) submit false, misleading, or infringing content; (c) attempt to access parts of the Services you are not authorized to access; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Services; (e) scrape, copy, or harvest content from the site except as permitted by its robots policy; or (f) use the Services in violation of applicable law.

All text, graphics, logos, design, and compiled content on the site, other than content you submit, are owned by Puente or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and share links to Puente content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission.

The site may include links to third-party websites, employers, or platforms. Puente does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Puente does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information on the site is complete, accurate, or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puente and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Puente from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and Puente agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the page. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
