Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (Saturday and Sunday required, plus 3 weekdays)

About the Client Company

Our client is an established HVAC company in the United States that handles residential and commercial heating, cooling, and air quality work. They've built a solid reputation around customer satisfaction and are now looking for remote dispatch support to keep up with their growth.

Position Overview

We need an experienced dispatcher who can manage the daily technician schedule using ServiceTitan. You'll be responsible for getting the right tech to the right job on time, keeping the board moving, and making sure customers aren't left waiting. This is a remote role based out of Latin America, working U.S. Eastern time, including weekends.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the daily technician schedule in ServiceTitan.
  • Dispatch techs to calls as jobs wrap up throughout the day.
  • Prioritize service calls based on customer urgency and what makes sense operationally.
  • Watch the board and adjust the schedule as things shift during the day.
  • Call customers when a tech is running behind schedule.
  • Jump in on inbound calls when the phones are busy.
  • Keep an eye on daily call volume and revenue targets so the team stays on track for weekly and monthly goals.
  • Communicate with customers, techs, and the office team over phone, email, and text.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date in ServiceTitan.
  • Flag service issues to the right team lead so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Handle general admin work that keeps the day running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or a similar coordination role.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
  • English level C1 or higher. You'll be speaking and writing in English all day.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and staying organized when things get hectic.
  • Strong communication skills in writing and on the phone.
  • Can work independently and make decisions on the fly.
  • Available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of your normal schedule.

Home Office

Requirements:

  • Reliable, high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps recommended).
  • Noise-cancelling headset.
  • A quiet workspace with no background noise or distractions.
  • A computer that can run ServiceTitan and related tools without issues.
  • A dual-monitor setup so you can manage multiple windows at once.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
  • Dispatch experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
  • Familiarity with U.S. geography and time zones.
  • Comfortable with HVAC terminology and how service workflows typically run.
  • Experience tracking dispatch metrics like on-time percentage or right tech/right call.
