Full Stack Developer – AI & Automation

What you'll own

  • Build and scale full stack applications used by real customers.
  • Own features end to end, from architecture to deployment.
  • Develop APIs, backend services, and modern frontend applications.
  • Integrate AI/LLMs into production products.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and code quality.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve complex problems.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong  Frontend and backend development skills.
  • Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, or similar.
  • Backend:Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or similar.
  • Experience building and scaling **production applications**.
  • Solid knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system design.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLMs into applications.
  • Experience at established tech companies or high-growth startups.
  • **Professional English** and strong communication skills.
  • Proven technical ownership and measurable achievements.

We're especially interested in engineers who can explain what they built, how they scaled it, and the impact they delivered.

Bonus

  • Experience at recognized tech companies or large-scale platforms.
  • 3+ years working with AI/ML or LLM-powered applications.
  • RAG, vector databases, AI agents, or distributed systems.
  • Technical leadership or open-source contributions.
  • Experience working with US engineering teams.

What success looks like

First 90 days

  • **Day 30:** Understand the architecture and start shipping production code.
  • **Day 60:** Own features independently and contribute to technical decisions.
  • **Day 90:** Deliver meaningful product improvements and measurable results.

Ongoing

  • Build reliable, scalable software.
  • Take ownership beyond assigned tasks.
  • Improve engineering quality and product performance.
  • Deliver measurable business and technical impact.
