About the Role

You will own the customer acquisition engine end to end. Your job is to find and win US customers by building, not by grinding. Every week you will launch new acquisition experiments, some will fail fast, some will scale. You will build agentic flows and custom tooling to run outbound, sourcing, enrichment, and personalization at a level no manual team could match. This role fits someone who genuinely loves the craft of engineering customer acquisition and wants to own it completely.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch a weekly cadence of customer acquisition experiments across new channels and tactics, measuring and scaling what works.
• Build agentic flows for outbound, lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and personalization using coding agents and agentic frameworks.
• Write custom tooling and data pipelines in code that power the funnel end to end.
• Integrate across the full stack: CRM, data sources, AI APIs, and scraping tools.
• Develop messaging, sequencing, and conversion strategies across the path from cold contact to booked call.
• Build instrumentation and dashboards so every experiment has a clear read on what worked and what did not.
• Report directly to the founder and own the customer acquisition engine with minimal oversight.

Who You Are

• You have a proven, hands-on track record of driving B2B customer acquisition with real results you can point to.
• You write real code in Python or JavaScript and ship custom tooling rather than leaning on no-code platforms.
• You have hands-on experience with coding agents and agentic frameworks such as Claude Code, Codex, or Hermes.
• You are comfortable with APIs, webhooks, scraping, and building data pipelines.
• You speak professional English at B2 level or above and work closely with US-based founders.
• You are self-directed, reliable, and thrive working remotely with minimal oversight.

Bonus Points

• Background selling into US companies or in B2B staffing, recruiting, or services.
• Experience with CRMs and the data model behind a sales pipeline.
• Prompt engineering and experience shipping AI-powered features.
• Working knowledge of paid ads, especially Google Ads.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

• You have shipped 8+ customer acquisition experiments and have clear data on what worked, what did not, and what to scale.
• You have built the core agentic flows for outbound and lead sourcing and integrated them with the CRM.
• You and the founder have a weekly rhythm of reviewing experiments, killing what does not work, and planning the next week.

Ongoing

• You consistently ship new acquisition experiments every week and maintain a 30 percent or higher month-over-month growth in qualified leads.
• Your custom tooling and data pipelines run reliably and give the team clear visibility into funnel performance.
• You have identified and scaled two to three unconventional acquisition channels that competitors are not using.
