Our client is a growing startup made up of wholly owned service and software companies. The team launches one new product or offer test each month. Everyone moves from idea to live test quickly, owns the result, and builds the system behind whatever works.

About the Role

You will design and build the technical systems that power growth: automations, data pipelines, and AI powered workflows that turn manual sales and marketing tasks into repeatable systems. You work closely with leadership to prioritize a small number of build projects at a time and move from idea to working system fast.

Who You Are

• ​You have built an AI powered workflow end to end: model and API choices, human review, error handling, monitoring, and maintenance.
• You are comfortable writing scripts, working with APIs and webhooks, and using coding agents to build internal tools.
• You have carried a pipeline, revenue, or acquisition number and can show how a system you built moved that number.
• You can explain a technical decision, such as why you picked a certain tool, model, or architecture, and defend it with a US based team.
• Written and spoken English at a professional level, C1 or above.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI powered workflows and internal tools using APIs, webhooks, scripts, and coding agents, with human review where accuracy matters.
• Design and maintain the data pipeline behind growth reporting and the CRM: enrichment, lead scoring, routing, and data quality.
• Turn business goals into build plans, choosing the right tools within an experiment budget and pulling in engineering support when needed.
• Instrument every system you build so results are measurable, and turn what works into repeatable playbooks.
• Ship the first working version of a new automation within an agreed timeline after receiving the requirements.

Bonus Points

• ​​​​​​​Experience writing customer facing copy or running cold email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Experience with paid search or paid social.
• Experience with talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
• You have worked with tools such as Close, PlusVibe, Apify, Exa, Parallel, or Claude Code.

What Success Looks Like

​​​​​ First 90 Days

By day 30, you have baselines and targets for system reliability, data accuracy, and cost per qualified outcome. You have shipped at least two working automations, each solving a real bottleneck.

Ongoing

The systems you build keep running with minimal manual intervention, stay within budget, and produce data the growth and sales teams trust.
