About the Company

Our client is a well-established, mid-size HVAC and plumbing company serving residential and commercial customers across the New England region. They have built a strong reputation for reliable home comfort services and are looking to grow their brand presence through smarter, more consistent marketing.

About the Role

You will be the marketing team's go-to person for keeping campaigns organized, content flowing, and reporting on track. You will manage social media accounts, coordinate print and digital materials, and work directly with external marketing agencies on paid media. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable working across multiple marketing channels at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and engage customers.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies to plan, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, including key metrics like reach, engagement, and cost per lead.
  • Develop and organize print and digital marketing materials such as flyers, email newsletters, and promotional graphics.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely campaign execution.
  • Prepare clear marketing reports for leadership that show what is working and where to improve.
  • Support seasonal marketing efforts tied to HVAC and plumbing service demand (heating season, cooling season, etc.).

Who You Are

  • You take ownership of your work. When you see a gap in the content calendar or a campaign that needs attention, you act on it without waiting to be told.
  • You have 2 or more years of experience in marketing coordination, social media management, or a similar role where you managed multiple projects at the same time.
  • Your written and spoken English is strong enough to create customer-facing content and communicate clearly with US-based teams and agency partners.
  • You are comfortable using social media management tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later) and design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • You understand basic marketing metrics (impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates) and can turn data into simple, useful reports.
  • You are proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfortable learning new software quickly.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing for home services, HVAC, plumbing, or similar trades industries.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other paid media platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating social media visuals and print materials.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

  • Social media content calendar is built and running with consistent, on-schedule posts.
  • Reporting dashboard is set up to track key marketing metrics weekly.
  • Working relationship with external marketing agencies is established, with clear communication routines in place.

Ongoing

  • All campaigns launch on time with zero missed deadlines.
  • Monthly marketing reports are delivered to leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Social media engagement shows steady growth month over month.
