Our client is a startup or mid-market US company that needs its daily operation coordinated tightly. Today too much depends on people chasing each other for schedules, updates and replies. They need a dependable coordinator who keeps things moving and uses AI to handle the repetitive work instead of drowning in it.

What you'll own

• Schedules, dispatching and day-to-day operational tasks, end to end
• Spreadsheets, trackers and records that are accurate and current
• Customer and vendor communication, handled promptly and clearly
• Follow-up, so commitments and handoffs do not slip through the cracks
• AI tools that speed up repetitive work like data entry, summaries and follow-ups
• Risks and blockers, flagged early to the operations lead

What we're looking for

• 1 to 5 years in operations coordination, dispatching, scheduling or administrative support
• Highly organized and reliable. You do not let a task slip
• Strong with spreadsheets and everyday operational tools
• A clear communicator with customers and vendors
• You already use AI to take repetitive work off your plate
• English C1, written and spoken

Bonus

• Dispatching, logistics or home-services experience
• Startup or remote-business background
• Project management and automation tools

What success looks like

First 90 days

You own the day-to-day coordination. The trackers reflect reality, customers and vendors get timely responses, and nothing slips.

Ongoing

The operation runs smoothly because you keep it moving, and you take on more responsibility over time.
