Operations Lead (Remote)

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CT (40 hours/week)

Type: Full-time · Independent Contractor

About the Company

Our client is a US-based company that runs outbound sales campaigns for B2B clients. They depend on a sharp operations seat to make sure every campaign launches cleanly, on time, and with data that does not break. The team moves fast and values people who take ownership of the details.

About the Role

You keep the operation running. Campaigns launch on time with clean lists, the boards match reality, and nothing falls between the weekly plan and the send. You work alongside the AE and the delivery lead: they own the sending infrastructure, you own that the work actually happens.

Who You Are

  • You have coordinated several client accounts or projects at once and kept every deadline visible, with nothing depending on your memory.
  • You have worked close to outbound or email campaigns and understand what a clean list is and why a bad one costs money, even if you were not the one configuring the platform.
  • You notice when something is drifting and raise it early, before anyone asks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confirm the GTM checklist is complete before any list is uploaded.
  • Spot check lists for obvious ICP and persona violations.
  • Normalize names, dedupe, and clean data before sending.
  • Upload lists, attach correct copy, and set sender addresses, schedules, and tracking in the sending platform.
  • Launch campaigns or stage them for AE approval where required.
  • Turn weekly planning sessions into ClickUp tasks with owners and due dates.
  • Run weekly deliverability checks and flag issues early.
  • Keep lists organized in Google Drive and Notion, and maintain blacklists, suppression lists, and SOP docs.

Bonus Points

  • Worked inside an agency serving multiple client accounts at once.
  • Used deliverability monitoring tools such as EmailGuard or MailReef.
  • Used enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Built simple automations in Zapier, Make, or n8n.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

  • By day 30, every campaign you touch launches on schedule with the GTM checklist confirmed complete.
  • ClickUp matches reality, and Riley and the AE stop asking whether a list is done because they can see it.
  • You have run weekly deliverability checks for a full month and raised at least one issue before it hurt a campaign.

Ongoing

  • Campaigns launch on time, correctly configured, and with clean lists.
  • Boards, lists, blacklists, and suppression lists stay current without reminders.
  • Deliverability and sending infrastructure stay healthy, and problems get flagged early.
