Location: Remote (Latin America)

Compensation: $4,000 – $6,000 USD/month

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CT (40 hours/week)

Our client is a funded startup building software fast and shipping products that matter. They operate lean, move quickly, and need a product manager who can own decisions end to end, not manage backlogs. You will work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to shape what gets built.

About the Role

You own a product area end to end. You talk to users, decide what matters, write the specs, and work with engineering and design to ship it. You measure what you ship and iterate based on real outcomes. You are equal parts customer researcher, prioritizer, and execution partner, trusted because what you ship works and moves the business. This role fits someone who can make decisions under uncertainty, communicate clearly across teams, and take ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product area and decide what gets built and in what order.
• Talk to users and use data to find the problems worth solving.
• Write clear specs and work with engineering and design from idea to launch.
• Measure outcomes after launch and iterate based on results.
• Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and trade-offs.
• Balance speed and quality to ship value continuously.

Who You Are

• You have 4+ years in product management at a software company, ideally a startup.
• You have shipped products that moved a real metric and can explain how.
• You are comfortable with data, customer research, and technical trade-offs.
• Your English is excellent in speech and writing. You align engineers, designers, and leadership.
• You make decisions under uncertainty and own the outcome.

Bonus Points

• Technical background or ability to read code and APIs.
• Experience in fintech, healthtech, or AI verticals.
• Comfortable using AI tools across discovery, specs, and analysis.

What Success Looks Like

First 90 Days

• You have talked to 20+ users and mapped the top problems in your product area.
• You have shipped your first feature or iteration and measured its impact.
• You are aligned with engineering and design on the roadmap for the next quarter.

Ongoing

• You ship features consistently that move key business metrics.
• Your roadmap decisions are informed by customer research and data, not guesswork.
• Engineers, designers, and leadership trust your judgment and come to you to solve hard prioritization problems.
