Why this role exists

Our client is a funded startup building software fast and shipping products that matter. They operate lean, move quickly and need a product manager who can own decisions end to end, not manage backlogs, working directly with founders, engineers and customers to shape what gets built.

What you'll own

• The roadmap for your product area: what gets built and in what order
• User conversations and data that surface the problems worth solving
• Clear specs, taken from idea to launch with engineering and design
• Outcome measurement after launch, and iteration based on results
• Stakeholder alignment on priorities and trade-offs
• The balance between speed and quality, shipping value continuously

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in product management at a software company, ideally a startup
• Products shipped that moved a real metric, and you can explain how
• Comfortable with data, customer research and technical trade-offs
• You make decisions under uncertainty and own the outcome
• English C1, written and spoken, aligning engineers, designers and leadership

Bonus

• Technical background or ability to read code and APIs
• Fintech, healthtech or AI verticals
• Using AI tools across discovery, specs and analysis

What success looks like

First 90 days

You have talked to 20+ users and mapped the top problems in your product area. You have shipped your first feature or iteration and measured its impact, and you are aligned with engineering and design on the roadmap for the next quarter.

Ongoing

You consistently ship features that move key business metrics, with roadmap decisions informed by customer research and data, not guesswork. Engineers, designers and leadership trust your judgment and come to you with hard prioritization problems.
