About the Company
Our client is a US real estate team that depends on consistent outbound activity to build pipeline. They need someone who is comfortable on the phone, organized inside a CRM, and steady under pressure.
About the Role
You will spend most of your time doing outbound work: calling leads, qualifying interest, handling common objections, and moving real opportunities to the next step. This is a role for someone who likes sales activity, not someone who wants to hide behind email.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to leads and prospects each day.
- Qualify interest, gather the right context, and route promising conversations correctly.
- Book appointments and keep the handoff to closers organized.
- Maintain clean notes and next steps in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with leads that are not ready on the first touch.
- Report on activity, contact rates, and common objections so the team can improve the process.
Who You Are
- You have done outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or lead generation work before.
- You are comfortable hearing no and moving to the next call without losing energy.
- Your spoken English is strong and easy for US prospects to understand.
- You keep good records and do not leave the CRM messy for the next person.
- You can work from a script when needed, but you also know how to sound natural.
Bonus Points
- Experience in real estate, home services, or another call-heavy environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM.
- Spanish-English bilingual communication.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
- You know the script, objection patterns, and qualification standards well enough to run a solid day on your own.
- Appointments are being set consistently and the CRM no longer needs cleanup after every shift.
- The team trusts the notes you leave because they are clear, specific, and actionable.
Ongoing
- Outbound activity stays disciplined even when contact rates are uneven.
- The handoff to closers is cleaner because leads are better qualified.
- Pipeline becomes more predictable because follow-up is not slipping through the cracks.
