What you'll own

• Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs.
• Own backend features from architecture to production.

• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language: Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or C#.
• Experience designing and scaling production APIs and services.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, system design, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and production monitoring.
• Experience at established tech companies or high-growth startups.
• Professional English and strong communication skills.
• Proven technical ownership and measurable achievements.

We're especially interested in engineers who can explain the systems they've built, the scale they've supported, and the technical impact they've delivered.

Bonus

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, or Redis.
• High-traffic systems, performance optimization, and observability.
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations or data-intensive applications.
• Technical leadership or open-source contributions.
