What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
  • Experience with Next.js or similar frontend frameworks.
  • Proven experience building and scaling production applications.
  • Solid understanding of state management, API integration, and frontend architecture.
  • Experience with testing, performance optimization, and responsive design.
  • Experience at established tech companies or high-growth startups.
  • Professional English and strong communication skills.
  • Technical ownership and measurable achievements.

We're especially interested in engineers who can explain what they built, the challenges they solved, and the impact of their work.

Bonus

  • Experience with high-traffic applications or large-scale platforms.
  • Design systems, accessibility, and advanced UI performance.
  • GraphQL, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
  • Experience with AI-powered products or AI coding tools.
  • Technical leadership or open-source contributions.

What success looks like

First 90 days

  • Day 30: Understand the product and architecture; start shipping production code.
  • Day 60: Independently own frontend features and improve performance.
  • Day 90: Deliver meaningful product improvements and measurable results.

  • Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications.
