ServiceTitan CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Compensation: $2,000-$3,500 USD/month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, U.S. business hours with Eastern/Central overlap (40 hours/week)
Type: Full-time · Independent Contractor
About the Company
Our client is a U.S. home services company that runs daily operations in ServiceTitan. The company needs cleaner data, tighter workflows, and reporting leadership can trust. They are hiring a full-time ServiceTitan systems owner, not a short-term consultant.
About the Role
You will own three core areas: ServiceTitan data quality, revenue reporting, and workflow cleanup across the office and field teams. You will find where the system is breaking, fix the workflow, document the standard, and train the team to use it the same way. This role fits someone who has gone deeper than daily ServiceTitan use and wants visible influence over how the company runs each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit ServiceTitan setup, data quality, and workflow gaps across customer, job, estimate, invoice, and membership records.
- Clean and maintain CRM data so reports, dashboards, revenue tracking, and follow-up lists are accurate.
- Organize and update the pricebook so technicians and office staff can use it without workarounds.
- Build reliable tracking for open estimates, membership renewals, recurring service, and missed follow-up.
- Improve dispatch, job booking, job closeout, call booking, CSR, and technician workflows inside ServiceTitan.
- Review marketing attribution, campaign tracking, and lead-source data so leadership can see revenue leakage and campaign ROI.
- Create SOPs, Loom videos, checklists, and training materials for managers, CSRs, dispatchers, and technicians.
- Partner with leadership to turn ServiceTitan reporting into weekly operating decisions, not unused dashboards.
Who You Are
- You have hands-on ServiceTitan experience in a home services, field service, or contractor environment.
- You have configured reports, dashboards, pricebook items, campaigns, tags, forms, follow-up workflows, permissions, or similar ServiceTitan settings.
- You understand how CSRs, dispatchers, technicians, managers, and owners use ServiceTitan differently.
- You can look at a bad report or broken workflow and trace the issue back to data, process, setup, or user behavior.
- Your English is strong enough to train U.S.-based team members, write clear SOPs, and explain system issues without jargon.
- You are organized and comfortable owning a messy system without waiting for a task list every morning.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
- You only used ServiceTitan for one narrow task.
- You are looking for a basic admin, dispatcher, or virtual assistant role.
- You need someone else to define every task before you can make progress.
Bonus Points
- ServiceTitan Certified User or Certified Administrator credential.
- Experience with ServiceTitan Pro products such as Pricebook Pro, Marketing Pro, Phones Pro, Dispatch Pro, or Sales Pro.
- Experience connecting ServiceTitan work to QuickBooks or accounting workflows.
- Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, garage doors, pest control, or commercial service.
- Experience building internal training programs for ServiceTitan users.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
- You have mapped the ServiceTitan cleanup priorities and started fixing the most painful reporting, pricebook, and workflow issues.
- Leadership can see open estimates, membership renewals, revenue leakage, lead sources, and operational bottlenecks more clearly.
- CSRs, dispatchers, technicians, and managers have simple standards for the workflows that were inconsistent before.
Ongoing
- Leadership trusts the reports because the underlying data and workflows stay clean.
- Open estimates, memberships, dispatch handoffs, job closeouts, and call booking follow a consistent process.
- The company gets better estimate follow-up, cleaner attribution, and stronger operating visibility from ServiceTitan each week.
