About the Company
Puente Talent connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies through selective remote hiring. Every role we fill is remote, every candidate is in Latin America, and every client is a US company. We are growing and need a sourcer who can build pipeline before our recruiters even ask for it.
About the Role
You will own the top of our recruiting funnel. That means finding, qualifying, and engaging Latin American talent for the US companies we work with across operations, sales, customer service, and back-office roles. This role fits someone who treats sourcing like a craft, moves faster with AI, and gets satisfaction from a strong pipeline before a recruiter even asks for one.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified LatAm candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and our ATS database.
- Build precise Boolean strings and AI-assisted searches tailored to each role.
- Run high-volume personalized outreach via LinkedIn InMails, email, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify candidates against role-specific scorecards before passing them to recruiters.
- Keep our ATS clean and current, with every candidate tagged and noted with context recruiters can actually use.
- Track sourcing metrics like response rates and qualified-to-interview ratios, and adjust your approach weekly.
- Use AI tools like HireEZ, Gem, SeekOut, Claude, and ChatGPT to do more sourcing in less time without dropping quality.
- Partner with recruiters daily to refine target profiles based on client feedback.
Who You Are
- You have sourced for a Latin American staffing firm or a tech company that places LatAm talent into US companies. This is non-negotiable.
- You have a track record of high-volume, high-quality candidate sourcing and you can show us the numbers.
- You are AI-native. You use ChatGPT, Claude, and AI sourcing tools daily, not occasionally.
- Your English is strong enough to write outreach that reads like a native US recruiter wrote it.
- You move fast without supervision. You do not need a manager to tell you which roles to source next.
- You are comfortable in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms like Recruit CRM, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
Bonus Points
- Experience sourcing for operations, sales, customer service, or finance roles at US companies.
- You have built and maintained Boolean libraries or sourcing playbooks before.
- You have placed candidates at scale (multiple per week) for a remote LatAm staffing firm.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
- Your sourced pipeline is producing qualified candidates for active roles without recruiter hand-holding.
- You have a working playbook for the role types we fill most, with AI prompts and Boolean strings ready to reuse.
- The recruiting team trusts the candidates you pass through and needs fewer second-pass screens before going to client.
Ongoing
- Time-to-first-qualified-candidate on new roles drops because your sourcing kicks in immediately.
- The team relies on your pipeline data to spot talent gaps before recruiters notice them.
- You consistently hit and exceed placement bonus thresholds because the candidates you source actually convert.
